SVH consultations and Vibrational Healing sessions are usually one-hour long. They can be accomplished over the phone or in person. Since all sessions are tailor made for an individual client, sometimes, based on the needs of the client, they can be as short as 20-30 minute monthly check ups or an extensive exploratory journey into many layers of present and past experiences that require longer time periods to overcome obstacles and limiting programming. Guided meditations are provided during these sessions as well. They can be profoundly transforming and uplifting experiences. Many clients report sense of lightness and clarity even as soon as the sessions are over. Whether you are struggling to overcome an obstacle that has been programmed over a long period of time or there is something that does not have deep roots in your psyche and behavior, they can be examined and properly cleared. Serenity Vibration Healing sessions give you clarity, focus, and a sense as if you can breathe again.
